Construction Management and Inspection

MET’s (MET Resources LLC) Construction Management and Inspection department provides services related to the construction inspection of transportation systems of all types, including highways, bridges, tunnels, airports, seaports and rail.

Additionally, MET performs construction inspection of commercial buildings, correctional facilities, historic renovation projects, schools, recreational facilities, utilities, site improvement projects, earth dams, water/wastewater transmission piping, pumping stations, and treatment facilities.

MET’s experienced and certified construction inspectors provide complete management and inspection work from the pre-construction condition surveys to the final audit, acceptance, and start-up of the project. Our inspection personnel review plans and specifications as well as assist project owners in constructability and bid ability reviews at the pre-construction phase.

During construction, our staff engages in a full range of quality control and materials testing activities, including preparation of sketchbooks, maintenance of all construction inspection records and as-built recordkeeping, and completion of project closeout services. As part of this oversight, our team also utilizes automated construction management software, which increases productivity and reduces our clients’ expenses.
